Choose who views your Moments on Currently.
This policy describes the information that we process to support Currently.
To provide the service on Currently, we must process information about you. The type of information that we collect depends on how you use Currently Application.
Information and content you provide: We collect the content, communications and other information you provide when you use Currently including when you sign up for an account, create or share content and message or communicate with others. This can include information in or about the content that you provide (e.g. metadata), such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created. It can also include what you see through features that we provide, such as our camera, so we can do things such as suggest masks and filters that you might like, or give you tips on using camera formats. Our systems automatically process content and communications that you and others provide to analyse context and what's in them for the purposes described below.
Profile Data: We collect your Basic Data like Full Name, Phone Number, DOB, Gender, Profile Picture, Username, etc. for authentication purposes. In addition to that, we also collect all the content including Images, Videos, Likes, Chats, Moments, the date, time and location of the content and Moments. We also create an algorithm based on your likes and duration spent on a particular Moment to make suggestions accordingly.
Networks and connections: We collect information about the people, accounts, Moments, hashtags, and how you interact with others on Currently, such as people you communicate with the most. We also collect contact information if you choose to upload, sync, or import it from a device (such as an address book), which we use for things such as helping you and others find people you may know and for the other purposes listed below.
Contact Data: We also import your contact details from your address book to make it easier for you to search them on Currently.
Your usage: We collect information about how you use Currently, such as the types of content that you view or engage with, the features you use, the actions you take, the people or accounts you interact with and the time, frequency, and duration of your Moments. For example, we log when you're using and have last used our Products, and what Moments, videos, and other content you view on our Products. We also collect information about how you use features such as our camera.
Things others do and information they provide about you: We also receive and analyse content, communications, and information that other people provide when they use Currently. This can include information about you, such as when others tag, share or comment on a on your Moment, send a message to you or upload, sync or import your contact information.
You can easily delete your account and your profile will no longer be shown anywhere on Currently. Your data will be permanently delete and after that you will not be able to recover your followers, username & moments.
As described below, we collect information from and about the computers, phones, other web-connected devices you use that integrate with Currently, and we combine this information across different devices you use. For example, we use information collected about your use of Currently on your phone to better personalise the content or features that you see when you Currently on another device.
Information we obtain from these devices includes:
Device operations: information about operations and behaviours performed on the device, such as whether a window is in the foreground or background, (which can help distinguish humans from bots).
Identifiers: unique identifiers, device IDs and other identifiers other identifiers unique to Currently associated with the same device or account.
Data from device settings: information you allow us to receive through device settings that you turn on, such as access to your GPS location, camera, or photos.
Network and connections: information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, language, time zone, mobile phone number, IP address, connection speed.
Cookie data: data from cookies stored on your device, including cookie IDs and settings.
We use the information that we have (subject to choices you make) as described below and to provide and support Currently Application described in the Terms of Use. Here's how:
We use the information that we have to deliver our Product, including to personalise features and content (Moment Feed) and make suggestions for you (such as accounts or Moments that you may be interested in or that you may want to follow) on and off our Products. To create personalised Products that are unique and relevant to you, we use your connections, preferences, interests and Moments based on the data that we collect and learn from you and others (including any data with special protections you choose to provide); how you use and interact with Currently; and the people, places or things that you're connected to and interested in on and off Currently.
Information across Currently and devices: We connect information about your Moments on different devices to provide a more tailored and consistent experience on Currently that you use, wherever you use them. For example, we can suggest.
Location-related information: We use location-related information – such as your current location, where you live, the places you like to go, and the businesses and people you're near – to provide, personalise and improve our suggestions for you and others. Location-related information can be based on things such as precise device location (if you've allowed us to collect it), and information from your and others' use Currently (such as check-ins or events that you attend).
Product research and development: We use the information we have to develop, test and improve our Products, including by conducting surveys and research, and testing and troubleshooting new products and features.
We use the information that we have to verify accounts and Moment, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam and other bad experiences, maintain the integrity of our Products, and promote safety and security on Currently. For example, we use data that we have to investigate suspicious Moment or violations of our Terms or Policies.
We use the information that we have to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about our Products and let you know about our Policies and Terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.
Your information is shared with others in the following ways:
When you share and communicate using Currently, you choose the audience for what you share. For example, when you Moment on Currently, you select the audience for the Moment, such as a customized close group, all of your friends or the public. Similarly, when you use Chat to communicate with other people, those people can see the content you send. Your network can also see actions that you have taken on Currently, including likes on Moment We also let other accounts see who has viewed their Currently Moment.
Public information can be seen by anyone, on or off Currently, including if they don't have an account. This includes your Currently username, any information you share with a public audience, information in your public profile on Currently. Public information can also be seen, accessed, reshared or downloaded through third-party services such as search engines, APIs and offline media such as TV, and by apps, websites and other services that integrate with our Products.
You should consider who you choose to share with, because people who can see your Moment on Currently can choose to share it with others on and off our Products, including people and the audience that you shared with. For example, when you share an Moment or send a message to specific friends or accounts, they can download, screenshot or reshare that content to others across or off our Products, in person. Also, when you comment on someone else's Moment or react to their content, your comment or reaction will be visible to anyone who can see the other person's content, and that person will be able to change the audience later.
People can also use Currently to create and share content about you with the audience they choose. For example, people can share a photo of you in an Moment, mention or tag you at a location in a Moment or share information about you in their Moment or messages. If you are uncomfortable with what others have shared about you on our Products, you can remove tag or report the content.
People in your networks can see signals telling them whether you are active on Currently, including whether you are currently active on Currently or when you last used our Currently.
We collect the data that you share with us through using or accessing services of any third-party app or website while importing/exporting information and content from/to them.
We work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve Currently, which makes it possible to provide free services to people around the world. We don't sell any of your information to anyone and we never will. We also impose strict restrictions on how our partners can use and disclose the data we provide. Here are the types of third parties that we share information with:
We provide aggregated statistics and insights that help people and businesses understand how people are engaging with their Moments, images, videos and other content on and off Currently. For example, Currently Page admins receive information about the number of people or accounts who viewed, reacted to or tagged their Moment, as well as aggregate demographic and other information that helps them understand interactions with their Currently Page.
For more relevant advertising, your information is used to know what kind of advertisements interest you the most. To do that, only the information that is useful for understanding your interests better is used.
Data that identifies you personally and/ or directly for e.g., your name, contact details, etc. information that could be used to contact you personally shall not be shared with these third parties without your permission.
Information regarding the progress, the numbers & nature of demographic audience, reach of the advertisements, etc. related data may be provided by us to them without revealing information that might jeopardize the user’s personal identification. We provide the data only when the advertiser agrees to our terms and policies for Advertisers.
We share information about you with companies that aggregate it to provide analytics and measurement reports.
We provide information and content to vendors and service providers who support our business, such as by providing technical infrastructure services, analysing how our Products are used, providing customer service, facilitating payments, or conducting surveys.
We also provide information and content to research partners and academics to conduct research that advances scholarship and innovation that supports our business or mission and enhances discovery and innovation on topics of general social welfare, technological advancement, public interest, health, and well-being.
We share information with law enforcement or in response to legal requests in the circumstances required.
To prevent and detect frauds and other Illegal and unsolicited Moments, we may preserve and access your data to share for legal investigations and protect the user or masses from any harm or threats.
We provide you with the ability to access, rectify and delete your data.
We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services on Currently, or until your account is deleted – whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things such as the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs.
You can easily manage your data at Currently through Settings and Editing Tools provided to you on the Currently App.
Moment Preferences: The settings for Moment could be edited by clicking on the globe button at the top of the screen in the Moment section where you could choose your Moment sharing preferences from Public, Private or customizable to your liking.
Profile Information Settings: You could make changes to your profile data by going on your profile section and clicking on the pen icon at the left top section on your profile picture.
General Settings: You could make changes to your general settings by clicking on the settings button on the top of the Profile page.
We only save your data till it’s useful for providing products and services between you, sellers and other mentioned third parties.
This information shall remain with us till your account is permanently deleted by the Currently user and in cases the information is no longer of use to provide the products or services.
When you delete your account, we delete things that you have posted, such as your photos and status updates, and you won't be able to recover this information later.
We'll notify you before we make changes to this Policy and give you the opportunity to review the revised Policy before you choose to continue using Currently.

The APP is an intermediary platform developed by Currently Tech Private Limited (“Currently”) for users to record and share current moments of life (the “Service”). Currently respects intellectual property and has adopted a general policy regarding intellectual property in accordance with the Copyright Act, 1957, and other relevant intellectual property laws of the Republic of India.
This policy constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Use Currently and shall be read together with the Terms of Use. The use of services provided by Currently shall be deemed acceptance of this policy.
To make use of Currently’s Services, You, as a user, shall ensure that you have the rights to upload to Currently any content under the applicable law of your residence, and such content shall not infringe the rights of any third parties and such content shall not violate any applicable laws and/or regulations.
Currently reserves the right, with or without notice, at any time and in our sole discretion to block access to and/or terminate the accounts of any user who infringes any copyrights, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
This Policy sets out how Currently responds to alleged intellectual property infringements on APP Currently.
Currently prohibits any content which constitutes copyright infringement and it will cause infringement if you use the copyrighted work of others without authorization or other reasonable legal basis. In some cases, we may request you provide evidence proving you have the right to use copyrighted work.
If a person believes that his or her (its) copyright-protected work was posted on Currently’s site or app, or otherwise hosted by Currently, without authorization, he or she may submit a copyright infringement notification.
The notification must include the following information:

All information submitted in the copyright infringement notification (including your name, address, phone, and Email address) may be forwarded to whoever posted the allegedly infringing work in question.
If Currently receives a valid notification of alleged copyright infringement (the “Notification”), Currently will take reasonable steps to contact the user who uploaded to APP Currently the relevant allegedly infringing material (the "Mater, and; and the user may then submit a valid counter-notification concerning the Notification (the "Counter-Notification"). During the process, Currently would remove the infringing work or disable access to the work in question until the dispute is resolved.
Please note that Currently may provide copies of any Notifications or Counter-Notifications to any person when required by law or as otherwise reasonably required by us to protect our interests.
A counter-notification must include the following information about the user:

The counter-notification process may take up to 10 business days to complete, so please be patient. During this time, the copyright claimant may file an action seeking a court order to keep the content down. Please note that Currently will forward the entire counter notice to the copyright claimant, including any personal information the user provides and the counter-notification may be made public. The claimant may use this information to file a lawsuit against the user.
The decision to re-post any work is at Currently’s sole discretion.
Either the copyright claimant or the user (the alleged infringer), please think twice before submitting a copyright infringement notification or counter-notice, especially if you are unsure whether you are the actual rights holder or authorized to act on a rights holder’s behalf. There are legal and financial consequences for fraudulent and/or bad faith submissions. Please be sure that you are the actual rights holder, that you have a good faith belief that the work was removed in error, and that you understand the repercussions of submitting a false claim.

Any user content which infringes the intellectual property of any third party would be deleted. Your account may be suspended or terminated as a result of a violation of multiple infringements or another breaching of the Terms of Use and any Community Guideline issued by Currently from time to time.
As a user of Currently, you shall be responsible for what you upload. Any doubts regarding copyright law or trademark law, such as not being sure whether some materials infringe on others’ intellectual property right, you may need to seek legal advice and then submit the claim to us.
The complainant shall bear all responsibility and compensate for any losses caused by a handling of the relevant account by Currently according to the complainant’s infringement notice in case infringing materials is not completely true, including but not limited to losses arising out of compensation by Currently to the third party, of reputation or goodwill of Currently.
We may contact you in case of any query about your report or notice. Please note that Currently cannot verdict disputes among third parties and may not be able to delete content or account alleged infringing. Copyright or trademark infringement notice and counter-notice shall be written in English. We are entitled to, at our sole discretion, determine not to accept non-English notice.
Currently may amend this policy from time to time in accordance with the development of the Internet or changes in relevant laws, regulations, or regulatory documents. In case of any change to this policy, Currently will publish a revised version of this policy on the Currently app and website. The revised policy shall take effect from the date of the new terms. Currently may notify material changes in this policy by Email or private message notification.
